I enjoy helping clients to explore their sexuality in a safe and affirming environment that provides unconditional positive regard, empathy, curiosity and meaningful growth.

I provide compassionate, inclusive care for individuals and partners navigating sexual health, intimacy, and relationship concerns, including those in ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships. My collaborative, evidence-based approach offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges such as low or changing desire, sexual dysfunction, performance anxiety, intimacy concerns, and the emotional or relational dynamics that may arise in diverse relationship structures. When appropriate, I integrate medication management with supportive therapy and education to help clients improve communication, strengthen connection, enhance sexual well-being, and foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I am a board-certified Clinical Sexologist with close to twenty years of experience working with people to sort out their intense feelings and complicated thoughts around sex. I am patient and kind, and have extensive experience in alternative relationships, monogamous relationships, community issues, exploration, and moving through breakup to what comes next.
