As a practitioner of traditional martial arts for 55 years, I have trained thousands of students reach their potential as athletes, competitors and teachers. It has been my privilege to have produced hundreds of black belts, who live all over the world. I have worked with team sport members and coaches, the women's Olympic ski team, martial artists of other systems, and have produced teachers, coaches and mentors to pass on this approach to the next generations. I have trained with some of the most well known teachers,competitors, musicians and movie actors as well as the average person and families to achieve a higher sense of accomplishment and purpose. I work with students from age 8 to older adults in their 80's or beyond.

I enjoy helping clients with Sports issues and feel that my foundation in classical yoga teaching can offer solutions to almost any related problem.

I love working with athletes who are interested in new tools like RTT hypnosis to work through sports performance blocks to increase their sports performance overall, or the emotion code for rebalancing.

I work with athletes and active individuals to explore the mental, emotional, and relational patterns that impact performance and well-being. Together, we address anxiety, focus, motivation, and self-limiting beliefs while connecting with your strengths and goals. The aim is to build resilience, confidence, and a more balanced, focused, and empowered approach to sport and life.

Gresham is the Portland metro's largest eastern suburb, a working-class and increasingly diverse city that has absorbed many families displaced by Portland's housing costs, including significant Latino, Slavic, and Pacific Islander communities.
