HUGH R STEWART III
Hypnotherapist, Ph.D., ACHt.
Self esteem is an inside job. Most of us have made up stories of ourselves to keep us safe from disappointment, failure, rejection, etc. And, unless we take risk and take uncomfortable action, we will stay stuck as a victim with a story to prove we are right. Staying safe and comfortable does nothing positive for our self-esteem. This is where I find it useful to push people a bit from more of a coaching perspective to hold people accountable in taking action in ways they are going to act differently to get the results they want, and by when did you say?
