HUGH R STEWART III, Hypnotherapist in Abington, PA

HUGH R STEWART III

Hypnotherapist, Ph.D., ACHt.
I primarily help 30-65yos in the sex positive and alternative lifestyle communities who are open minded, eager for change, personal growth, and are willing & empowered to take different action in their lives. They may feel or experience being stuck, sexless, depressed, anxious, guilt, shame, scared, unwanted, invisible, misunderstood, and/or confused. Their challenge is to let go of, surrender, and transform their self sabotaging patterns and behaviors that are negatively impacting their relationships, self esteem, and happiness in their lives. In order transform one’s experience it is crucial to learn healthy responsible communication skills, taking risk, emotional release work, letting go of expectations and beliefs that no longer serve you, and being present and mindful. As a result of me being a trusted compassionate yet assertive psychotherapist/coach, I will help guide them around the obstacles on their paths to the life and self they so desire and yearn for! They will learn the delicate balance between creating their goals and action plan & then letting go of being attached to the outcome while trusting their higher power to send them this or something better!

Heidi Carr, Licensed Professional Counselor in Denver, CO

Heidi Carr

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, CTTP
As a therapist, I’m warm, conversational, and direct. I’m not someone who will sit silently and nod for 50 minutes. I’ll laugh with you, challenge you when you need it, help you notice patterns you may not see yet, and create space for the parts of your story that are harder to talk about. I believe therapy should feel human. Much of my work focuses on relational trauma and the ways our early relationships continue to shape us as adults. I especially enjoy working with people who are highly independent, perfectionistic, people-pleasing, or accustomed to taking care of everyone around them. Often, these patterns developed long before someone realized there was anything to question about how they grew up. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in understanding the whole person. We may explore family dynamics, relationships, culture, beliefs, your nervous system, and the roles you learned to play to feel safe or connected. At the same time, I want therapy to give you practical tools you can actually use outside of our sessions. I don’t believe the goal is to blame your past or spend forever analyzing your childhood. The goal is to understand yourself well enough that your past no longer gets to make your decisions for you. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a Colorado native who loves books, dogs, being outdoors, and finding humor in the messiness of being human. I value authenticity, curiosity, and creating a space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. You can come to therapy as the person who usually has it together. You just don’t have to hold it all together here.

Sumer Statler Aeed, Psychologist in Seattle, WA

Sumer Statler Aeed

Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist
I am a psychologist that is passionate about all of us living the fully awake and vibrant lives we are meant to. Sometimes this involves healing from the past, other times it means working towards visioning and creating the future, oftentimes both. It generally involves some insight but also a good dose of experiential tools and learning about your central nervous system and how to both understand and work with it, what we call both top down and bottom up tools. Ready for real change and willing to do the work? (yep it is work but well worth it) Let's go.

Kelli Hall, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wilmington, NC

Kelli Hall

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
I’m a multi-state licensed clinical social worker who is deeply passionate about helping people build healthier, more authentic relationships—starting with the relationship they have with themselves. In my work, I often support individuals who have spent much of their lives over-accommodating, over-functioning, or feeling responsible for others. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to prioritize their own needs without guilt. They may feel chronically anxious, depressed, or worried. My style is warm, direct, and grounded. I’m not a “just sit and nod” therapist—I’m actively engaged in helping you understand patterns, shift perspective, and develop practical tools you can use in real life. I believe you don’t HAVE TO do anything - but you do GET to choose. And learning how to make those choices with clarity and confidence can be incredibly freeing.
