In this work, we must move forward gently and cautiously, giving trust between us to build. From the outset, as you are ready, it will be good and effective for you to know there is compassion for what you have experienced. Although the body may not be a safe place from which to work at first, because of this trauma, we will carefully and gradually establish a new way to expand your window of tolerance so that you can feel safe.
