My approach is grounded in social justice and a commitment to affirming care. I work collaboratively and relationally, drawing on experiential and somatic approaches to help clients explore their experiences, better understand themselves, and process trauma. My work is primarily trauma-focused, integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and somatic regulation techniques. Our work can include exploration, curiosity, and making sense of your experiences, alongside deeper trauma work when you're ready. I have a strong focus on concussion recovery and a particular interest in supporting People of the Global Majority, 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks, people living with chronic illness and disability, and frontline healthcare professionals. I also offer direct billing to ICBC for eligible counselling sessions. I offer online counselling through a secure video platform.
