Suffering from lack of self esteem? Do you want to full fill your dreams and feel your full self worth? BWRT, Hypnotherapy and NLP can help you do that in is a little as 1 to 4 session.
Our sense of self-worth underpins everything we do and all decisions we make. I love the description of self-esteem as "the ability to like yourself when you lose, just as much as when you win". Few of us have ever done anything so truly awful to merit the level of self-loathing that some people place on themselves. Why limit yourself, your opportunities and your time in this world because of low self-esteem when we are all equally worthy of love and respect simply for being, regardless of achievements, success, looks, weight or whatever else you base your self-esteem on.
If low self-esteem is holding you back, my online therapy practice provides support to clients across the UK and EU. I help individuals build self-worth, challenging negative self-beliefs and fostering a more positive self-image. Together, we can explore the roots of your self-esteem issues and develop strategies to boost your confidence and self-acceptance.
Self-esteem is at the core of what we do in life: in our relationships, at work, in our families, and so on. Building self-esteem is a personal path that is essential for all of us.
In my experience, self-esteem is closely linked to the limiting beliefs we hold, often formed in childhood. We tend to think we need to wait until we feel confident to take action and assume everyone else is already confident. This isn't true. We also tend to compare our worst selves to others' best versions of themselves. Together, we will address your inner critic, which mistakenly believes that criticizing you is keeping you safe. This is not true. We build self-esteem by addressing our limiting beliefs and assumptions, changing how we relate to ourselves, and by doing the things we are scared of but long to do.
