- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: I use an integrative approach and am influenced by a lot of different kinds of training that I have done over the past 20 years and continue to be involved in: it is an integration of cognitive, somatic, emotional, mindfulness, EFT (tapping) and transpersonal aspects.

Education: I first studied economics and then architecture before I started training with a personal and business coach. After working with her for a year I decided that I wanted to study psychology which I did, followed by a practitioner's doctorate in psychotherapeutic and counselling psychology.

- Online Therapy Details: I work on Zoom and a session is about 55-60min.
I offer a bespoke service for my clients. The main focus is on online sessions but I also provide whenever appropriate additional synchronous support (i.e. email and WhatsApp). My approach is integrative and trauma focused in a warm and gentle way. I love working with people and empowering you to overcome (when necessary) childhood wounds holding you back or in pain and to create the life you are excited to live. My commitment to you is to provide you with a safe space in which we can explore what might hold you back from living the life you want. I know how daunting it can feel to embark on this journey and also how great it feels to have grown as a person, overcome limiting beliefs and stories and gained greater capacity to be present and therefore more empowered in life. An important aspect of that is to learn to release the old trauma so that our nervous system can come back into balance and we are able to be present again. This allows us to experience inner peace and joyful strength because we are connected to our true self again. From this connection we are able to experience our power, inner peace and joy.
