I am a person of long term recovery from substance use disorder, I am the wife of a person in long term recovery and I have 2 adult children that are in recovery as well. When it comes to the power of addiction, there is no one that I can't relate too. I know from personal experience the devastation that addiction brings to a family but also know the power of what recovery can bring. It is not an easy path and often times residential treatment and/or intensive outpatient treatment is a starting point. My desire to help people break free from the cycle of addiction comes from knowing that we do recover!

My vision is to empower the LGBTQ+ community. I provide individual and couple counseling to those dealing with trauma, addiction and codependence. I especially enjoy working with couples.
