Together, the client and I can explore the physical and mental response to the events, people, or situations that cause anxiety and fears so that we can remove the barriers that keep them from experiencing a fulfilling life and become who they were meant to be. We will learn to use the power of the mind as well as practices that calm the nervous system and thoughts in order to engage with the world in a healthier, self-fulfilling, and self-loving way.
I explore with the client the deeper issues that may be causing the anxiety and fears as well as figure out how to uproot them and find out what's holding you back. To that purpose, I use positive psychology, integrative holistic theories and practices, meditation, and breathwork so that my clients can experience a fulfilling life and become the authentic person they've wanted to be.
