Sebastian Kitchen

Registered Psychotherapist, PACFA Reg. Certified Practising 32932
I want my clients to get the most out of therapy, so that, as soon as possible, they no longer need therapy. Foremost in how I work is the establishment of as much safety as is reasonably possible and a strong collaborative alliance. I bring my full being to meet clients where they are at and walk with them to where they want to be. I work with you to tap into and develop your own innate capacities for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healing. Whether it is trauma, grief and loss, or relational, emotional or life purpose issues, I help you get to the root cause of your experience and connect to it in a powerful, transformative way. The parable of teaching a person to fish can apply here. Together we will catch some fish and address the immediate problems, but ultimately you will be better at fishing yourself, so you will carry the gifts of therapy with you long after we stop working together. I chose the path of psychotherapy because I wanted to address the root cause of suffering and find a way to be of meaningful service. It is a deeply transformative and fulfilling path. There is something about being with another in therapy that leaves me never quite the same as when I entered the session. As such, my work brings me life, just as I endeavour the same for my clients. If this is resonating with you, I encourage you to contact me for a free consultation call.

Will Salter - Connected Man Counselling, Counselor/Therapist in Sydney, NSW
Narrative

Will Salter - Connected Man Counselling

Counsellor/Therapist, ACA member, L2 IFS trained, Diploma of Counselling
My focus is on supporting men as they work through stress, anger, disconnection, and self-doubt. By encouraging honesty, vulnerability, and emotional clarity, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore the challenges that show up in relationships, work, fatherhood, or identity. Counselling here isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about guiding you back into connection: with yourself, your core values, and the people who matter most, so you can move forward with greater clarity and purpose. I see counselling as a collaborative and creative process, shaped by the needs and direction of each person I work with. My role is to offer steady support while creating room for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Ultimately, my aim is to help you deepen your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Mindnest Counselling, Counselor/Therapist in Illawong, NSW

Mindnest Counselling

Counsellor/Therapist, B.Couns
Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, especially when you are overwhelmed, stuck or unsure where to begin. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, ADHD, grief, workplace pressure, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, emotional overwhelm or major life changes. You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation of what is wrong. We can start with what has been feeling hardest lately. My approach is warm, practical and straight talking. I will listen properly, ask honest questions and help you make sense of what has been happening. Together, we can look at the patterns, pressure and emotions underneath it and work out practical steps that feel realistic. Before becoming a counsellor, I worked across law enforcement, the legal sector, crisis response, child protection and community services. These experiences shaped the way I work, with calmness, compassion and respect for what people carry. Face to face counselling is available in Illawong, in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, with online counselling available across Australia. I also offer a free 15 minute phone consultation if you would like to ask a few questions first.

Rebekah Kittl, Counselor/Therapist in Melbourne, VIC
Narrative

Rebekah Kittl

Counsellor/Therapist, CPCA Level 1, ACC (ICF)
You keep saying you’re fine. You’re not entirely sure that’s true anymore. I’m Rebekah, a registered counsellor with more than two decades in business and leadership behind me. I know the pressure of being the one everyone relies on, and I know how loud the loop in your head can get, not just from the other side of the room. I’m warm, and we’ll agree early on how direct you’d like me to be with you. My practice is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, so we’ll work at your pace and in the way that suits you. I’m comfortable with silence, so you’ll have time to say the things you haven’t been able to say anywhere else. We won’t only talk, either. Where it suits you, we’ll also work with how stress shows up in your body, using breathwork and tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques). You don’t need a crisis to reach out. Send me a message to book a free 15-minute chat, online or in Melbourne.
