You don’t have to carry it all alone. Life can feel overwhelming when you’re experiencing anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship struggles, or self-doubt—especially when you’re the one everyone else relies on. I support women ages 25–45 who are feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and want to feel steadier, more confident, and more in control of their lives. You are great at taking care of everyone else, but it's time to take care of you.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and begin reconnecting with who you are beneath the pressure. You don’t have to do this alone. Healing is possible, and support is here.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. Together, we create space and slow things down in order to make sense of what you’re experiencing and help you understand your thoughts, feelings & behaviours. From there, we'll build healthier patterns and implement tools that support lasting change and emotional wellbeing.
