I'm a Registered Counseling Therapist who believes that therapy should feel safe, supportive, and tailored to you. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I help clients explore the connection between past experiences and present challenges, while building practical skills for coping and healing. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just looking for a space to sort things out, I’m here to support you in making sense of what’s going on and finding a way forward that feels authentic and managable.
