My approach to therapy is to listen and understand your story, to help you gain insight into your needs and desires for personal growth. Everyone goes through challenges through this roller coaster ride we call life; but I'm here to tell you that it is through the challenges that we grow the most. Utilizing different treatment approaches; I work with you on tools to help you cope better with the things that hurt you, frustrate you, discourage you, and bring you down.
