I practice from a client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed therapeutic approach. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, circumstances and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts or other stressful challenges, I will support you in finding healthy, effective ways to manage stress or other intense emotions, become more empowered, and improve your overall well-being.
Clients generally come to me looking for someone who can help them find the root causes of their concerns, provide guidance and resources to support them towards lasting positive change.
Sessions may involve more than talking. When relevant and with your consent, I can integrate interventions and resources from CBT, DBT, expressive arts, mindfulness practices or other therapeutic approaches to support you in growth and healing . We will work together to determine which modalities fit best with you.
Currently, I have some weekday evenings and weekend availability.
Please reach out with any questions or to book an initial session. I look forward to hearing from you!
