I am also experienced in counselling adults from diverse cultural backgrounds who have experienced a variety of mental health issues, relationship conflicts, substance use, trauma and related concerns. Please check with your employer to see if you are covered. A receipt for each session will be provided to clients to submit directly to their insurance provider.

I practice from a client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed therapeutic approach. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, circumstances and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts or other complex life transitions, I will support you in finding healthy, effective ways to manage stress or other intense emotions, become more empowered, and improve your overall well-being. Clients generally come to me looking for someone who can help them find the root causes of their concerns, provide guidance and resources to support them towards lasting positive change. Sessions may involve more than talking. When relevant and with your consent, I can integrate interventions and resources from CBT, DBT, expressive arts, mindfulness practices or other therapeutic approaches to support you in growth and healing .
