Are you feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forward? Maybe you’ve noticed patterns in your reactions or behaviors that no longer feel helpful or symptoms that make it hard to feel calm, present, and engaged in your daily life.
I offer a supportive, grounded space where you can feel heard while also being gently challenged to look beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the underlying drivers of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, so you can create meaningful, lasting change rather than just temporary relief.
My approach is both compassionate and practical, helping you build insight, shift patterns, and reconnect with a greater sense of ease, clarity, and direction in your life.
Client Focus
Session Format: Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Senior, Young Adult
Demographic Expertise: LGBTQ+, Men, Women clients.
Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Hakomi Method A mindfulness-based approach that helps clients notice unconscious patterns in their body and mind. It emphasizes compassion and non-judgment.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), neurobiology, and somatic techniques to help you stay grounded while gaining deeper insight into your patterns. Our work together will balance practical skills with meaningful insight, so you’re not just understanding your reactions, but learning how to shift them in real time.

I can help you develop a deeper self-awareness so that you can understand not just your actions, but what’s driving them. Together, we will identify patterns that keep you on “autopilot” and use practical tools to slow things down, giving you more choice in how you respond.
We will look at the underlying roots of your behaviors, thoughts, and emotional reactions, especially the patterns that pull you into reactive mode. We will also explore how these responses show up in your body, and how to shift into a more regulated state where you can access calm, presence, and a greater sense of control.
Our work will focus on helping you manage overwhelming emotions in a more effective, sustainable way. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, separation and divorce, addiction, anger, parenting concerns, and major life transitions.
The goal is lasting change, so that you can feel more grounded, more intentional, and more aligned with how you want to live your life.
