With the advent of online therapy, you are no longer limited geographically in finding a therapist who is a great fit to work with you. As a PSYPACT-authorized psychologist, I’m also able to provide teletherapy to clients in multiple states, expanding access to care while maintaining the depth and consistency of in-person work. Since I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most transformative part of the therapy work, I want to connect with you to help you make the changes you desire. When the path feels dark and daunting, I provide the insight and compassion needed to foster a kinder relationship with yourself. Together, we will explore the influence of your past on present relationships, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for self-discovery. My passion lies in helping you navigate life’s transitions and challenges, making sense of your evolving identity, and promoting healing from relational challenges.
