Paula Kirsch
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, CST
Online therapy isn't a compromise. For the kind of work I do, it's often the better choice. When you're talking about the most personal parts of your life, desire, intimacy, identity, relationship dynamics, being in your own space matters. You're more comfortable, more yourself, and often more open than you'd be in a waiting room and an unfamiliar office. That's not a small thing. It's actually the whole thing.
I work with individuals and couples navigating sexual concerns, intimacy issues, desire mismatches, and relational disconnection across New York, Connecticut, and Michigan. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist, and I bring genuine curiosity and deep clinical training to every session. Nothing you bring here will shock me or get pathologized.
Sessions are secure, HIPAA-compliant, and available within about a week of reaching out.
