I have 25 years of experience in psychotherapy (with PhD) and my approach is built on gentleness, openness, acceptance and curiosity, and together we find ways to disentangle, understand, manage, and change unhelpful patterns, overwhelming feelings, challenging conditions, or past experiences that can keep us entrapped. I recommend an initial consultation to get to know each other. I pursue a multimodal approach and have extensive knowledge in dealing with psychological, social, relational, family and professional problems. My specialisations include, among others:
