In session we will talk about thoughts and feelings in addition to medication. I am experienced in CBT and group therapy, as well as the medical treatment of nightmares and bipolar disorder. I am also trained in EMDR and DBT, as well as ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP). I am knowledgeable about medicines and illness with breastfeeding, and pregnancy.
