Autism is associated with differences in the brain which result in a divergence from neurotypical standards, in terms of how brains filter and make sense of information. I endeavour to help clients shed misplaced humiliation and a sense of failure by becoming conscious of and removing the notion that ‘typical’ traits are superior. It is the neurodiverse individuals in our society that move humanity along.
