I specialize in gender-affirming care, hormone readiness assessments in BC, and identity exploration. Whatever brings you to counselling, I am here to support you. Many come for gender-affirming counselling, transition support, and hormone readiness assessments. Others for trauma, depression, anxiety, BPD, anger, bipolar, or other difficulties that they need support around. ANY topic is welcome. During the free 15 minute consult, we will talk about what brings you to counselling and how I can help.
You can bring something specific, or you can start with the sense that something is off and we will work it out from there. Many times, our environments don’t support us in the way we need them to. I help to name the context rather than treating it as a problem arising within you. I always aim to offer you the support and respect you need.
