I know firsthand what it is like to live, move, and survive in a world that was simply not built with our bodies or identities in mind. As a blind therapist with low vision, my practice is informed by a heightened sensory and energetic attunement to movement, vocal expression, and the felt sense of what passes between us online. As a trans, queer, genderflux femme (she/they), I am deeply committed to providing accessible, non-gatekeeping care that actively welcomes your gender euphoria alongside your systemic exhaustion.
In this online therapy space, the burden of translation is completely removed from your shoulders. You do not have to spend our time explaining or justifying the daily impacts of ableism, transphobia, or marginalization; you are met exactly where you are with an immediate, shared resonance. We will work at a pace that respects your boundaries, allowing you to safely unpack your burdens and build a deeper, kinder relationship with your own body. For local clients in the Vancouver area, we can also explore moving our therapy outdoors for walk-and-talk sessions once we have firmly established our therapeutic foundation and connection.

Treatment Approach
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Hakomi Method A mindfulness-based approach that helps clients notice unconscious patterns in their body and mind. It emphasizes compassion and non-judgment.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach is relational, experiential, and grounded in expressive arts and mindfulness. I integrate talk therapy with embodiment-inclusive practices, such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Focusing Oriented Therapy, and Hakomi. We focus on what is happening in real time, building awareness, strengthening capacity, and supporting meaningful change over time.

Therapy Sessions
- Available Online for residents of Multiple Canadian Provinces Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nunavut, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Yukon
- Online Therapy Details: I offer secure, accessible online therapy across Canada (except Quebec) using Jane App. Sessions are private, reliable, and easy to access from your own space.
My online practice is designed to be a highly accessible, collaborative, and unhurried space for individuals seeking depth-oriented, body-centered therapy. Because I work entirely online across British Columbia and Canada, you can engage in this deep process from the comfort and safety of your own familiar environment. I utilize Jane App, a secure, confidential, and straightforward video platform that requires no technical expertise to navigate.
Rather than relying on rigid worksheets or top-down behavioural management, our sessions are experiential, relational, and deeply customized to your nervous system's capacity on any given day. My approach integrates the gentle mindfulness of the Hakomi Method, the non-verbal processing of Art Therapy, and the deep somatic awareness of body-mind tracking. We will often slow down our conversations to pay attention to physical sensations, micro-movements, and vocal expressions, using these somatic cues as a guide to uncover the protective stories your body is holding.
I work primarily with adults and young adults who are navigating complex trauma, systemic marginalization, chronic illness, and neurodivergence. There is no expectation for you to perform, mask, or rush your healing here. Whether we are untangling long-standing relational patterns or processing daily systemic exhaustion, our therapeutic alliance is built entirely around your autonomy, your pace, and your inherent wisdom.
