Julie Cochrane - Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Therapist
Hypnotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, RTT-T, CCP
Stress is a common and often overwhelming experience that can negatively impact all areas of your life, including your mental and physical health, relationships, and work. If you're struggling with stress, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can be a powerful tool to help you manage stress and achieve greater balance in your life.
RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind to identify and reprogram negative beliefs and thought patterns that may be contributing to stress. Through a combination of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and neuroscience, RTT can help you break free from the cycle of stress and develop new, positive ways of coping.
Whether you're dealing with work-related stress, financial stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities, RTT can help. By identifying the root causes of stress and replacing negative beliefs with positive, empowering ones, RTT can help you manage stress and achieve lasting change.
Stress can be a challenging and isolating experience, but with RTT, you can gain the tools and resources you need to overcome it. RTT provides a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences and emotions, and develop new ways of thinking and behaving that support your emotional and physical well-being.
Don't let stress control your life. With RTT, you can manage your stress and achieve greater balance and fulfillment in your life. Take the first step towards a happier, healthier future today.

Nina Hopmeier
Licensed Professional Counsellor, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Sometimes clients may feel hopeless in managing their stress levels. They may have longer than desired work hours, too many chores to complete, and not enough leisure time. In therapy, I help clients manage stress by first gaining insight into the cause of stress. Understanding where the stress comes from assists with acknowledging the factors that maintain stress.
I also help clients acknowledge their role in the maintenance of stress in order to gain control over their lives and prevent further feelings of burnout and exhaustion. Although some stressors in life are inevitable, such as deadlines and bills, therapy involves focusing on some of the thoughts and emotions that exacerbate feelings of stress in response to life demands. We also engage in problem solving strategies largely through solution focused and cognitive behavioural approaches to determine stressors that are controllable, even though clients may initially anticipate no factors to be within their control.
After working through a range of possibilities to improve wellbeing clients often gain awareness of the resources that they have in order to cope with life demands.

We live in a particularly stressful moment in time, where many people are experiencing stress in multiple areas of their lives including, work, finances, family, and friendships. While stress is unavoidable, our reactions to our stressors can sometimes enhance the suffering we experience or the amount stress interferes in our lives. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, we will work on identifying your stressors and see if there are ways to change or manage your stressors in line with what is important to you in your life. If the stressors can't be altered, we will work on building skills to help you manage your reaction to the stressors and decrease your suffering.

A certain amount of stress is a normal part of our daily lives, but sometimes it becomes too much. If you feel that you are overwhelmed by stress, you may also notice other negative side effects, such as depression, anxiety, anger, irritability, restlessness, feeling unmotivated or unfocused, or avoidance. Stress not only impacts us negatively, but it also affects our relationships.
