I am on my own personal journey in this lifetime, and am committed to constantly working with my growth edges. This means I spend a lot of time educating myself, expanding my awareness and consciousness, and practicing new approaches in my own life and relationships. This gives me a tremendous amount of material to pull from in terms of understanding the experiences of my clients and offering ideas and suggestions. I am highly motivated to support adults in moving through the various phases of adult development. It is difficult to grow and change, and it is also difficult to remain stagnant. I support adults to navigate that internal struggle in ways that feel authentic and true to their own beliefs and values.

I’ve spent the last decade+ working with elite performers (athletes, professionals high achievers, and students) as they navigate mental health challenges in order to perform in all aspects of their lives. It's important to not feel judged when talking about the things that are causing us stress, depression, anxiety or pain in our lives. It's also important that we are supported in a compassionate manner. These are a few of the things that you can expect when in session with me; a compassionate, nonjudgemental and supportive ear. You can also expect goals and sessions tailored to your individual needs. I do not believe that one form of treatment works for everyone, which is why I practice an integrative approach that utilizes many different tools and techniques in order to tailor your treatment specifically to you.
There does not have to be something "wrong" with you in order to seek services. Some people come to me because they are worried all the time about things they do not need to worry about, some come because they are bad at focusing, some come because they are feeling down or hopeless, some come because they have decided to address a trauma they experienced, and some come because they are stressed over life changes. Examples include supporting clients with baby loss or miscarriage, anticipatory grief, health concerns, relationship changes such as divorce, and secondary trauma. My offering is solutions-focused and strengths-based and includes mindfulness as well as practical skills for self-care and self-compassion.
