Mandy Randall-Gavin MBACP, UKATA
Counsellor/Therapist, BA Hons, Dip TA Prac: UKATA
Life can feel hard. I’m dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I often incorporate mindfulness techniques to support clients through challenging situations including grief, loss, abandonment, relationship issues, as well as anxiety and depression. If you're feeling stuck for any reason, I can offer a safe, holding space to listen to you and work with you to gently challenge how you think, feel and behave. I'll work at your pace and may use mindfulness or creative interventions to aid our work together, as well as grounding techniques to turn down any overwhelm or white noise. I also do 2-chair work to help with ways of communicating, as well as processing loss and bereavement.

Finding the right counsellor for you is one of the most important parts that will make therapy more effective and successful for you. Its not just about our qualifications but how we connect and work together.
I am a Neurodivergent counsellor and have found this out very late in life, I understand how it feels to just not fit in or be able to conform to the 'norms' of society, to struggle to work out why we are different. How to find ways to learn who you are and love all those 'quirks' that make us different. I understand how this feels and will work with you to help you find your way to manage what you are experiencing.
I have learnt experience with CNBC - childless not by choice and Chronic Pain & Fatigue conditions. With both of these I find it can really be beneficial that I have an understanding of how it feels and not just how it is to study these experiences.
As well as working with Adults I also work as a counsellor with young people in schools, colleges and my private practice.

Are you experiencing a loss of confidence in your personal or professional life? Trying to navigate a change and finding it bewildering? Overwhelmed by life and concerned about burnout? Struggling to sustain self-belief through a tricky patch? Or struggling to get adequate sleep?
Working with a trusted partner on identifying and talking through the issues can be relieving, liberating and invigorating. With support you can identify areas that have perhaps become stuck or neglected. Rediscover what inspires you and move forwards with a new spring in your step. Be heard and use your thinking partner to have a future focused conversation that helps you make progress.
With a specialism in burnout and its common nervous system associations, sleep difficulties, loss of confidence and ADHD, I offer a qualification in both counselling and coaching, which allows me to adjust our work together according to where you are at and what you need.

Jason Fletcher Hypnotherapy and Coaching
Hypnotherapist, FNCIP SQHP
With 23 years’ experience, I help people understand why they feel stuck and how to move forward.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, phobias, or patterns that continue despite your best efforts, I offer a calm, structured approach that focuses on what is maintaining the problem.
My work is grounded, practical, and collaborative. Rather than focusing only on coping strategies, we work on the underlying patterns that keep difficulties in place.
Some people notice meaningful change within a small number of sessions. Others choose to work more deeply over time.
If you’re tired of managing and want a clearer way forward, you’re welcome to get in touch.

We started our practice supporting Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse to recover from the effects of their abuse and complex grief, and continue to center that care. Our practice includes support for trauma, complex trauma, dissociation, associated and co-occurring health and chronic health needs, anxiety, depression, addiction, personality disorders. We also offer integrative mental health care for mold toxin and some other environmental toxin exposure, and some TBI and PCS symptoms, as well as support for folks with chronic health related mental health needs that intersect with the above traumas. We offer intersectional care that is decolonizing, supports those impacted by systemic abuse, and supports affirming neurodiversity. We integrate TIST-- Trauma Informed Stabilization Therapy, DBR -- Deep Brain Reorienting to recover from Shock, IFS-- Internal Family Systems Work, PVT-- Polyvagal Theory, AT -- Attachment Theory, Nonviolent Communication, Inner Child Work, IPNB -- Interpersonal Neurobiology, Bonnie Badenoch's IPNB and dyad work, Memory Reconsolidation, Coherence/Existential Level of Care, BrainSpotting, DARE Attachment Model, CranioSacral (for mind, gut, and acute trauma recovery), Mediation/Relational/Partners/Couples Support, Functional Mental Health Care via Psychiatry Redefined Training and BioIndividual Nutrition, Integrative and CAM Health Care (herbalism, homeopathy, remote Traditional Chinese Medicine and other CAM Care), Student-Directed Learning Pedagogies (from Education), compassionate Parenting and inner Re-parenting, ... and a strong Intersectional and Social Justice Framework to support clients to recover from the debilitating effects of traumas and myriad effects of traumas, facilitate clients being centered in their own sense of self, develop healthier boundaries, cultivate self awareness (mindfulness), understand and parse power structures for healthy discernment ... and move towards more fulfilling self actualization that is compassionate, inclusive and also eco-relationally congruent.
We are a POC/GM Practice with a decolonizing orientation and Intersectional framework. Red lines are red lines -- we don't support abuses of power systemically and culturally. We are supportive of indigenous peoples and other systemically marginalized peoples, and their rights to safety, parity, sovereignty and dignity. If you are interested in support, we'd love to work with you!
Our focus has been on supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual trauma and torture, folks recovering from narcissistic trauma, folks recovering from oppressive hegemonic systemic trauma and/or folks recovering from these traumas along with recovering from toxic mold exposure.
We do work with individuals with other needs who are active and engaged bystanders and activists advocating alongside the most systemically oppressed for systemic change for the greater good of the whole global community, prioritizing care for the most marginalized. We also support those who are actively stopping and recovering from committing moral injury and boundary transgressions and willingly doing the work to repair and become bystanders with their privilege rather than violent enactors. This is a no mass media and state propaganda zone.
If you are interested in support, please ask! We'd love to work with you.

Brighton has one of the largest and most visible LGBTQ+ communities in the United Kingdom, and its therapy community reflects this — with high demand for affirming therapists who specialize in queer identity, non-traditional relationship structures, gender diversity, and the intersection of LGBTQ+ experience with mental health. The city's two universities — the University of Brighton and the University of Sussex — generate significant student mental health demand and a progressive, intellectually engaged population that generally views therapy favorably. Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides public mental health services, with a strong private therapy community concentrated in the Lanes, Kemptown, and Hove. Brighton's coastal character and arts-oriented culture support a creative community with its own distinct mental health needs around identity, purpose, and economic precarity.
