Brittany Statler, Intuitive Wellness Therapy Group

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Headline: Move Beyond Just "Coping"—Build a Life Guided by Values, Not Fear. About Me If you’re here, you’re likely exhausted. Exhausted by the "what-ifs" of anxiety, the rigid rules of an eating disorder, the cycles of OCD, or the heavy weight of past trauma. You’ve probably tried to "think" your way out of these feelings, only to find yourself more stuck. I’m Brittany (she/her), co-founder of Intuitive Wellness Therapy Group. I am an action-oriented, compassionate therapist for those who are ready to stop managing their symptoms and start reclaiming their lives. My Approach: Action-Oriented & Mind-Body Focused In a private-pay practice, you deserve more than just a place to vent. You deserve a specialized roadmap. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches to help you drop the rope in the tug-of-war with your thoughts. My approach is individualized and somatic (mind-body). We don’t just talk about change; we practice it. Together, we create a non-judgmental space where we swap criticism for curiosity. We will: Identify your core value system: Deciding what actually matters to you, separate from your anxiety or disorder. Bridge the mind-body gap: Learning to process trauma and distress where it lives—in your nervous system. Take bold action: Moving toward a "life worth living" by taking steps that align with your authentic self. The Private Pay Advantage Choosing a private pay therapist means your care is never dictated by an insurance company’s codes or session limits. It allows us the freedom to work at the pace and depth you actually need. I maintain a smaller, dedicated caseload to ensure you receive the high-touch, individualized support required for deep healing in areas like OCD, trauma, anxiety and ED recovery. Next Steps You don't have to navigate this alone. If you're ready to stop let fear drive and start living authentically, book a free discovery call here. Let's see how we can work together to get you back to the person you were meant to be.

Empowered Wellbeing, Decolonizing Intersectional and Integrative Complex Trauma & Dissociation Recovery Support

Life Coach, view my credentials online at: www.recoveringfromwithin.com/credentialslongform
We started our practice supporting Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse to recover from the effects of their abuse and complex grief, and continue to center that care. Our practice includes support for trauma, complex trauma, dissociation, associated and co-occurring health and chronic health needs, anxiety, depression, addiction, personality disorders. We also offer integrative mental health care for mold toxin and some other environmental toxin exposure, and some TBI and PCS symptoms, as well as support for folks with chronic health related mental health needs that intersect with the above traumas. We offer intersectional care that is decolonizing, supports those impacted by systemic abuse, and supports affirming neurodiversity. We integrate TIST-- Trauma Informed Stabilization Therapy, DBR -- Deep Brain Reorienting to recover from Shock, IFS-- Internal Family Systems Work, PVT-- Polyvagal Theory, AT -- Attachment Theory, Nonviolent Communication, Inner Child Work, IPNB -- Interpersonal Neurobiology, Bonnie Badenoch's IPNB and dyad work, Memory Reconsolidation, Coherence/Existential Level of Care, BrainSpotting, DARE Attachment Model, CranioSacral (for mind, gut, and acute trauma recovery), Mediation/Relational/Partners/Couples Support, Functional Mental Health Care via Psychiatry Redefined Training and BioIndividual Nutrition, Integrative and CAM Health Care (herbalism, homeopathy, remote Traditional Chinese Medicine and other CAM Care), Student-Directed Learning Pedagogies (from Education), compassionate Parenting and inner Re-parenting, ... and a strong Intersectional and Social Justice Framework to support clients to recover from the debilitating effects of traumas and myriad effects of traumas, facilitate clients being centered in their own sense of self, develop healthier boundaries, cultivate self awareness (mindfulness), understand and parse power structures for healthy discernment ... and move towards more fulfilling self actualization that is compassionate, inclusive and also eco-relationally congruent. We are a POC/GM Practice with a decolonizing orientation and Intersectional framework. Red lines are red lines -- we don't support abuses of power systemically and culturally. We are supportive of indigenous peoples and other systemically marginalized peoples, and their rights to safety, parity, sovereignty and dignity. If you are interested in support, we'd love to work with you! Our focus has been on supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual trauma and torture, folks recovering from narcissistic trauma, folks recovering from oppressive hegemonic systemic trauma and/or folks recovering from these traumas along with recovering from toxic mold exposure. We do work with individuals with other needs who are active and engaged bystanders and activists advocating alongside the most systemically oppressed for systemic change for the greater good of the whole global community, prioritizing care for the most marginalized. We also support those who are actively stopping and recovering from committing moral injury and boundary transgressions and willingly doing the work to repair and become bystanders with their privilege rather than violent enactors. This is a no mass media and state propaganda zone. If you are interested in support, please ask! We'd love to work with you. London, England therapist: Daniel Dennehy Counselling, counselor/therapist
Serving Women

Daniel Dennehy Counselling

Counsellor/Therapist, BA, Dip Grad, AdvDip, MBACP
Welcome, I am an Integrative counsellor. I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression and bereavement. People also attend because they are feeling stuck, struggling to find meaning or purpose in their lives. They may be struggling with their relationships with food, alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, shopping... using these methods to manage their emotions, or to distract themselves from situations or feelings that are overwhelming them. I have worked for over ten years in the field of sexual health in both the NHS and charity sector. I have extensive experience working with LGBT clients at places such as London Friend, The Helios Centre and 56 Dean Street. I offer support for people struggling with compulsive sexual behaviours or what is often referred to as sex addiction. Shame and guilt can prevent us from seeking support. I have a pro-sexual stance. I offer a gender, sexuality and relationship diverse service, focussed on people leading authentic and satisfactory lives.
