Lulu AlRashdi

Life Coach
From an ex-police officer to a trauma-informed life coach. My journey has been profound. I learned that the greatest gift we can give ourselves is recognizing who we truly are beneath our conditioning, survival patterns, and past experiences. Many of the struggles we face today are rooted in childhood experiences, unconscious beliefs, and emotional wounds that continue to shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world. My role is to help you gently explore these patterns, understand their origins, and create awareness without judgment.

Kamran Bedi

Therapist, Advanced Anxiety/PTSD treatment and Confidence building. Fast results. IEMT/EMDR, NLP, Hypnotherapy.
**Available to start sessions. - I offer therapy sessions that help people overcome anxiety, low mood, depression, fears/phobias, agoraphobia, PTSD, anxious attachment, sexual abuse, fear of flying, relationship challenges, insomnia, health anxiety, career conflict/crisis, social anxiety, public speaking - to name but a few areas that I am heavily experienced in working with. All of the people that I work with achieve results where they feel free from the mental and emotional weight of their personal challenges. This is because the therapy sessions utilise EMDR/IEMT - Eye movement therapy which rapidly helps release feelings of fear, panic, anxiety, feeling on edge, anger, guilt, shame, regret and more. It is excellent for helping people overcome negative memories and past experiences. Once the release work is complete, the sessions then focus on building up tools, skills, methods and techniques that help a person have more positive influence over their mind and to change and improve any behavioural patterns that need addressing. This combination of firstly release work, then secondly 'rebuilding' is the process that has changed and improved the lives of every person who has had sessions with me. This has been developed from my many years of experience of working with people from all walks of life with a variety of different personal challenges. It is not so much the methods used, but more so my approach and experience that leaves me fully confident that I can and will help you get life changing results. I offer two ways of working; Following a single 90 minute session for a full consultation and some eye movement therapy, I can then advise how to work and the number of sessions required moving forward as every person is different - Option 1). A course of sessions over 6-10 weeks, once or twice a week with space to measure progress. Option 2). Sessions three or four times a week (Tue-Fri,) for a much more rapid and accelerated change and transformation, followed by a weeks break to process the work and have follow up sessions where required. Both options are subject to schedule availability. Additional therapy sessions and areas covered include; 'navigating through divorce', 'career development', 'anxious attachment', 'insomnia', 'relationships' and 'feeling comfortable with your identity'. I am experienced working with men, women, non-binary individuals adults and teenagers. Should you be interested in trying this approach of working and if you ant things to get better for you in your life, please contact me consider a commitment to six or ten sessions. There is also a short explainer video on my page that will give you more information on how I can help you and various podcast episodes on my show, The Think & Grow Podcast that will give you further insights into my approach.

Empowered Wellbeing, Decolonizing Intersectional and Integrative Complex Trauma & Dissociation Recovery Support

Life Coach, view my credentials online at: www.recoveringfromwithin.com/credentialslongform
We started our practice supporting Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse to recover from the effects of their abuse and complex grief, and continue to center that care. Our practice includes support for trauma, complex trauma, dissociation, associated and co-occurring health and chronic health needs, anxiety, depression, addiction, personality disorders. We also offer integrative mental health care for mold toxin and some other environmental toxin exposure, and some TBI and PCS symptoms, as well as support for folks with chronic health related mental health needs that intersect with the above traumas. We offer intersectional care that is decolonizing, supports those impacted by systemic abuse, and supports affirming neurodiversity. We integrate TIST-- Trauma Informed Stabilization Therapy, DBR -- Deep Brain Reorienting to recover from Shock, IFS-- Internal Family Systems Work, PVT-- Polyvagal Theory, AT -- Attachment Theory, Nonviolent Communication, Inner Child Work, IPNB -- Interpersonal Neurobiology, Bonnie Badenoch's IPNB and dyad work, Memory Reconsolidation, Coherence/Existential Level of Care, BrainSpotting, DARE Attachment Model, CranioSacral (for mind, gut, and acute trauma recovery), Mediation/Relational/Partners/Couples Support, Functional Mental Health Care via Psychiatry Redefined Training and BioIndividual Nutrition, Integrative and CAM Health Care (herbalism, homeopathy, remote Traditional Chinese Medicine and other CAM Care), Student-Directed Learning Pedagogies (from Education), compassionate Parenting and inner Re-parenting, ... and a strong Intersectional and Social Justice Framework to support clients to recover from the debilitating effects of traumas and myriad effects of traumas, facilitate clients being centered in their own sense of self, develop healthier boundaries, cultivate self awareness (mindfulness), understand and parse power structures for healthy discernment ... and move towards more fulfilling self actualization that is compassionate, inclusive and also eco-relationally congruent. We are a POC/GM Practice with a decolonizing orientation and Intersectional framework. Red lines are red lines -- we don't support abuses of power systemically and culturally. We are supportive of indigenous peoples and other systemically marginalized peoples, and their rights to safety, parity, sovereignty and dignity. If you are interested in support, we'd love to work with you! Our focus has been on supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual trauma and torture, folks recovering from narcissistic trauma, folks recovering from oppressive hegemonic systemic trauma and/or folks recovering from these traumas along with recovering from toxic mold exposure. We do work with individuals with other needs who are active and engaged bystanders and activists advocating alongside the most systemically oppressed for systemic change for the greater good of the whole global community, prioritizing care for the most marginalized. We also support those who are actively stopping and recovering from committing moral injury and boundary transgressions and willingly doing the work to repair and become bystanders with their privilege rather than violent enactors. This is a no mass media and state propaganda zone. If you are interested in support, please ask! We'd love to work with you. Lisa Sanfilippo

Registered Psychotherapist, MA, MSc, UKCP, MBACP, SEP in progress
I believe therapy is a great gift that you give to your body, mind and soul- and that gift can improve all the relationships in your personal, work and family relationships. In essence, we want to move towards more ease and enjoyment. We can get curious about what you learnt growing up and in your life to date that created your world-view, your assumptions and even your body's responses to the situations you face. We will also open up new options for your responses so that you can be more authentically yourself within your world. This doesn't just involve thinking differently but being able to use the felt-sense in your body and nervous system. Often, I experience people coming to therapy with knowledge and self awareness but that thing doesn't seem to shift the problem- because it's deep in the body response system. We can work together with all of it, not just the logical mind but what's beneath that may be quietly running the show! I work with an integrative palette of approaches and tools, and share them with you in our conversations. We will work with thoughts and feelings as well as the responses of your body. When we start to shift what is available to our felt-sense, our perceptions and actions can shift dramatically. This is one of the things I love about the recent post-graduate training I've undertaken in Somatic Experiencing. I'm at the Advanced level of training in this method and it informs my approach to trauma, to neurodiversity and to relationships. I've also undertaken significant studies in ADHD and autism to help work with neurodivergence. I work with empathy, curiosity, compassion and respect for your intelligence and goals for yourself.
