Totnes, England therapist: Adima Hawkes, counselor/therapist
Forgiveness

Adima Hawkes

Counsellor/Therapist, Spiritual Teacher, Energy Healer, Gene Keys Guide
Forgiveness, when it's real, is such a tender issue that one hardly likes to make words about it. It is a deep matter of the heart. At least it begins in the heart. One thing I have learned: forgiveness needs to come down into the body and be felt. When it is just conceptional, it won't free you. When the cell memory is touched and opened, it works beautifully. I am inspired by the Ho'Oponopono practice, and involve the wisdom of Tibetan Pulsing and the Gene Keys. Whatever works in order to forgive and also to be aware of healthy boundaries.

Forgiveness

Julie Jenner

Counsellor/Therapist, BA(Hons), NCS Senior Accredited
Forgiveness is a tricky area as it can bring up so many thoughts and feelings. Sometimes you question forgiving someone who has done wrong by you, other times you may be looking to forgive yourself for situations you take blame for. Even deciding whether forgiveness is appropriate or not can bring discomfort and uncertainty. If this is an area you struggle with, talking it through with someone outside of your everyday life gives you the chance to say out loud all those thoughts that you might feel you need to hide from others, and decide what is right for you.
