I am familiar with a variety of treatment strategies like CBT and DBT and have been successful in helping clients learn to use these techniques for managing negative feelings. With a background as an occupational therapist and a master's in clinical social worker, I am equipped to assist you to clarify your values and goals to achieve balance and happiness. No matter your concerns, your compassionate Ellie therapist will provide you with the non-judgmental care you deserve.
