Jennifer Masters
Life Coach, Ba Psychology, CF Thanatology, D Kessler – Grief Grief Coach Certif,M Devine – Grief Coach Certif
My coaching is grief-focused rather than general life coaching. I support adults who are navigating the emotional, practical, and personal impact of grief, loss, and life after loss.
My work is informed by a BA in Psychology, formal thanatology training in death, dying, and bereavement, and specialized grief certifications through David Kessler, Megan Devine, COPE, and CCPC Global. I also bring years of volunteer experience supporting grieving families, caregivers, and bereaved individuals through community and hospice-based organizations.

Transform Your Life’s Journey
Coaching isn’t about fixing—it’s about unlocking. I partner with individuals who are ready to step into clarity, purpose, and meaningful change. Whether you're navigating a transition or simply craving more alignment in your life, this is a space to reconnect with what truly matters.
My Coaching Style
I take a holistic, person-centered approach that blends practical strategy with deep reflection. Coaching with me is both grounded and expansive—focused on real goals, while honoring the inner process that drives lasting transformation.
Focus Areas
• Career shifts and purposeful transitions
• Personal growth and self-discovery
• Goal setting with clarity and intention
• Work-life balance that actually works
• Building stronger, more authentic relationships
What to Expect
We begin with a thoughtful exploration of where you are and where you want to go. From there, we co-create a plan that’s clear, doable, and aligned with your values. Along the way, we’ll:
• Clarify what truly drives you
• Set goals that feel energizing, not overwhelming
• Build strategies that move you forward
• Unpack limiting beliefs and rewrite your inner narrative
• Celebrate every step of progress—big or small
This is coaching that meets you where you are and walks with you toward where you’re meant to be.

Marg Totten Counselling Therapy
Licensed Mental Health Counsellor, MA, MPCC, CPCC, LCT
Life coaching offers guidance and a neutral sounding board for people whose interest is in exploring life purpose and direction, or moving forward with specific goals and dreams. It is primarily future-focused, and not clinical therapy. As a Certified Professional Co-active Coach and a Licensed Counselling Therapist- I can help you determine which form of help might be most appropriate. As a Life Coach (CPCC), my belief is that all clients are naturally resourceful, creative and whole. I will assist you through curiosity, techniques to explore values, purpose and balance, and through processing of emotions, in drawing out the wisdom that already exists within you.

Lincoln Stoller
Counsellor/Therapist, PhD, CHt, CCPCP
Life coaching combines encouragement, guidance, consistency, problem solving, and spiritual direction. Depending on the nature of the person being coached it can be more or less demanding. I distinguish two kinds of coaching and two kinds of clients. The two kinds of coaching are suggestive and assertive. The two kinds of clients are high and low performers.
Suggestive coaching suits people who are moving forward and have many choices. Assertive coaching applies to people who have chosen one field and are working to improve their performance in it. High performers are successful people who are considering the meaning and value of their success. These people are working to remove negative elements from their environment. High performers will benefit from addressing their weaknesses and broadening their point of view.
Low performers are struggling with aspects of their mental or physical environment and are trying to reach a minimum, comfortable level of achievement. Low performers need to recognize and develop their strengths, and use them effectively.
Life coaching plays a role for all of my clients. The high performers can afford to attend to areas they typically neglect. The low performers will benefit from setting aside their focus on weakness. Everyone has abilities and aptitudes they've left undeveloped often because they've been convinced they don't have them. These abilities can be used to your advantage with a certain amount of focus and re-education.
At its core, coaching is about helping people learn and giving them the courage to fail successfully. Failing is another word for discovering new skills and opportunities. We've been taught that failure is bad and success is good, but that's a misdirection designed to encourage low-risk labor and the production of salable goods. Real achievers, inventors, and creators fail most of the time. Things, knowledge, people, and cultures advance through trial and error, and the greater the advance, the more errors are required to achieve them. Once you understand that and know how to learn, you can succeed in almost any field. I offer coaching that concerns itself with finding personal direction and creating a valuable life.
