Julien Moe
Hypnotherapist, Diploma in Clinical and Applied Hypnosis, Diploma in Life Coaching
People have issues. Many have personality disorders. I will hep you help yourself modify your thoughts and behaviors. I use Psychodynamic hypnotherapy and Dicit hypnotherapy too. I also use other clinical hypnotherapies too. All my clients with personality disorders are recovering. So should you.
Hypnotherapy is a beneficial complementary tool for managing symptoms of certain personality disorders (PDs), such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), but it is rarely a standalone cure. It is most effective when used alongside traditional psychotherapy for emotional regulation, anxiety reduction, and developing coping strategies. What I do is hypnotherapies for your resilience and recovery.

Ms. Lorna Hayim-Baker
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, "R"LCSW
Personality Disorders can impair many relationships and we do come across many people, who in addition to having issues in their relationships, are also presenting with personality disorders that can account for some of their interpersonal issues that arise throughout their relationship. These type of disorders pose some additional problems in their romantic relationships because it adds to the list of issues that each partner has already reported. Quite often one partner and/or the other has no idea that their partner falls into the category of having a personality disorder. There are no obvious complaints indicating the partner has such a disorder. If it isn't broken we do not try to fix it. We as therapists meet so many couples who are facing all kinds of challenges so when we work with our clients we address the complaints that they are voicing in their session. It is a must not to label someone as having a specific personality disorder too quickly. Sometimes a patient has features of several personality disorders but not enough features to fall into a specific personality disorder. People are quirky in general and no one is perfect, so we move on and address the complaints which is distressing the couple in the moment. We get to address a lot of topics and both partners offer suggestions that they feel can make their relationship better. I pay careful attention to suggestions made by both partners and incorporate their suggestions into their treatment plan. All couples leave with a plan and a list of skills and techniques that they can use to trouble shoot to avoid having another heated argument. The best it gets is when a couple leaves with a sense of hope and thanks you for their session. My couples can always call me for 6 weeks after a marathon session and I give them advice on how to avoid having a fight that has the potential to escalate. We want to avoid the other's pattern of becoming defensive and hostile.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Personality patterns can shape how you experience yourself, your emotions, and your relationships—sometimes in ways that feel rigid, overwhelming, or difficult to change. In therapy, we approach these patterns with curiosity and respect, rather than labels or judgment. Together, we’ll explore how these ways of relating developed, what they’ve helped you manage, and where they may be getting in the way. Over time, the goal is to build greater awareness, flexibility, and stability—so you can relate to yourself and others in ways that feel more balanced, authentic, and sustainable.
