Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I know how difficult it can be to navigate the complexities of life, especially when trauma, relationships, or identity issues weigh heavy on your heart. I’m here to offer you a safe, affirming space where you can begin the process of healing, at your own pace, and on your own terms.
Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of sexual trauma, exploring your LGBTQ+ identity, or simply seeking to understand the patterns in your life that no longer serve you, I am committed to walking beside you through every step of the journey. You don’t have to do this alone. In therapy with me, you’ll experience a unique blend of evidence-based therapies, creative techniques, and a deeply empathetic, collaborative approach. With over a decade in mental health, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals. From my early days supporting Haitian refugees abroad, to my experience working with neurodiverse young adults and seniors, I have helped people from many walks of life navigate complex emotions, trauma, and identity. While I specialize in sexual trauma and LGBTQ+ care, I believe healing is unique to each person—and I’m here to support you, no matter your background, experience, or life stage. Whether you’re exploring deep emotional patterns, working through trauma, or seeking more connection in your relationships, I’m committed to adapting my approach to meet your needs and helping you move forward at your own pace.

Lincoln Stoller
Counsellor/Therapist, PhD, CHt, CCPCP
I started classical guitar when I was 10 and mountaineering at 13. I quit high school after 11th grade, and worked as a NASA astronomer before I finished college. I earned a physics PhD—almost being expelled for insubordination—and started writing business software as a consultant for IT departments at middle-sized businesses. While I was having adventures in the jungle, the arctic, the Caribbean, Mongolia, New Zealand, Europe, and Central America, I became a snowboarder, scuba diver, paraglider, and soar plane pilot. I been married twice, have two sons, built two houses, and written many books on therapy, growth, and development. Combining science with psychedelics, I became an EEG brain trainer and researcher, practitioner of hypnotic Past Life Regression, sensory deprivation meditation, ayahuasca, and hypnosis. Psychotherapy, which I previously found to be too self involved, finally seemed worth my attention, so I became a psychotherapist. Now I focus on opening doors to meaning, personal growth, and larger states of awareness. I think this is what I was always looking for. Are you interested?

St. John's is the capital of Newfoundland and Labrador and one of North America's oldest cities, perched on the Atlantic coast with a distinct cultural identity—Newfoundland's unique vernacular, music, and social traditions are a strong source of community pride and solidarity that provides genuine protective factors against isolation. The mental health landscape is shaped by the boom-and-bust character of the offshore oil industry that employs many residents, the generational grief from the cod fishery's collapse in 1992, and the seasonal affective challenges of a city known for fog, overcast skies, and long Atlantic winters. Memorial University's medical school contributes to the health workforce, and mental health services are provided through NL Health Services. Common therapy concerns include FIFO oil industry stress and relationship strain, economic anxiety tied to energy sector volatility, seasonal depression, and the grief of a community carrying significant intergenerational loss from the collapse of the fishery.
