*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENT'S* I am so glad you are here and putting forth your needs first or maybe you are here because your friend or family member needs support or you are just tired of feeling this ‘Numb’ feeling and you want some answers as to “Why are you feeling this way? or asking yourself “Why don’t I feel happy or sad anymore?”, “Why am I like this?”, What is wrong with me? If I have made you question yourself right now then you are in the right place with the right person. As your therapist, I will help you explore all these feelings.

Nicole Moss
Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), C.S.P.S.S
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying the weight of trauma, struggling with codependent patterns, or trying to heal from control or abuse on your own. My goal is to support survivors of various forms of trauma. I genuinely feel that everyone holds their own map to healing, however, many often need help navigating their path forward. Whether you’re working on trauma recovery, healing from abuse, or dealing with other factors such as addiction, supporting a loved one, or working through the stages of grief, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am grateful to be that source of support for current and new clients.
I help people create, enforce, and maintain boundaries that may have once felt impossible to implement, giving them space to feel safer, more empowered, and more connected to themselves and others. I work from an eclectic approach, believing there is no one-size-fits-all path to therapy. Together we can help you break free from limiting patterns and beliefs.

Rikki-Lee Epp
Therapist, Registered Psychotherapist, RP, BA, Dipl. Psych.
Living with chronic illness, ADHD, or autism can feel like moving through a world that wasn’t built with your needs in mind. The pressure to mask, push through, or repeatedly explain yourself can lead to immense grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, loneliness, and a deep sense of feeling unseen and misunderstood.
As a neurodivergent therapist with lived experience of chronic pain, and a parent to neurodivergent children, I understand the emotional and physical toll daily life can take. This is why I offer a therapeutic space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to perform. Instead of seeing chronic illness and neurodivergence as something to be “fixed,” I believe people often need supportive tools and thoughtful guidance to live in ways that honour their unique needs and nervous systems.
My work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, guided by empathy and curiosity. Together, we move beyond temporary symptom relief by uncovering how past relationships and experiences shape your current reality (thoughts, behaviour, emotions). This approach fosters insight and self-awareness in an accepting environment, opening the door to lasting, meaningful change.
I invite you to reach out for free 30-minute virtual consultation to see if we are the right fit for your therapeutic journey.

Something in you knows that what you're carrying runs deeper than the presenting problem.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and outwardly composed-yet internally they live with anxiety, depression, chronic tension or pain, relentless self-criticism, or a sense that something essential is blocked, muted, or just out of reach. These struggles may surface in mood, in the body, in behavior, or in relationships-including sexuality and intimacy-but they are rarely contained to any one area. They tend to reflect deeper emotional and relational patterns formed early in life, often before language, that continue to shape how a person approaches closeness, vulnerability, agency, pleasure, and self-expression.
My work centers on how early experience shapes the capacity for self-regulation, desire, connection, and meaning throughout life-and particularly on how people come to know what they need and want, how they learn to express or inhibit those impulses, and what happens when these capacities become conflicted, constricted, or difficult to sustain.
I integrate psychoanalytic hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, and clinical sexology within a reflective, depth-oriented process. Hypnosis functions as a central clinical tool-creating conditions for deeper internal contact with emotional, bodily, and unconscious experience that can be difficult to reach through conversation alone. The aim is not only relief from symptoms, but the development of a more coherent and compassionate relationship with one's inner life: sensations, emotions, impulses, and desires.
This work is oriented toward lasting psychological change-and toward greater freedom in how one relates to oneself, one's body, and one's capacity for connection, authenticity, and vitality. It is best suited to those ready to move beyond symptom management toward something more fundamental.

I see therapy as a sacred space that offers clients the opportunity to pause from the constant distractions life presents to engage and reflect on our inner and outer worlds. While this process may at times feel challenging or even painful, it can also lead to peaceful and celebratory reflections. I am committed to ensuring that clients feel seen, heard, and respected, and that our conversations lead to unique transformations achieved through empowerment.
