Hi, I'm Jennifer, a Certified Thanatologist and Grief Coach. I've dedicated my profession to companioning people who are moving through bereavement and grief.
Personally, I experienced complicated, traumatic, and prolonged grief from caring for my father through his illness and his passing in 2019. His death inspired me to become a grief coach — I wanted to provide the unwavering support to other grieving hearts that I received, which helped me heal. It also allows me to honour him.
It was through the wisdom, understanding, and coping tools I gained as a griever that I've been able to hold space for others and walk beside them as they grieve. My goal is to help my clients feel seen, heard, and accepted — and to begin discovering answers, regaining a sense of control, and finding balance, peace, and hope.
