Anxiety and fears can become problematic when they hinder our ability to thrive in our everyday life. The way I work with anxiety is to help you to develop a relationship to your anxiety first. I will work with you to understand the thoughts and beliefs associated with your anxiety/fears, and together identify how yoru anxiety/fears/phobias influence your behaviour or actions. We might uncover how anxiety shows up for you in your body, your nervous system and identify your body triggers. Once we develop a deeper understanding of this external problem, we can begin to develop skills for you to change your relationship to anxiety, in a way that feels much more powerful.
