Seeking help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I take the time to truly understand you and your symptoms. Together, we will explore your options, make necessary adjustments, and check in regularly to ensure your treatment aligns with your goals. At Relief Mental Health, you are more than a diagnosis, and medication management is more than just a prescription. It would be a privilege to walk beside you and work together to help you feel better with care that is steady, supportive, and designed entirely around you. Sleep Issues

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, CPSC
You go to sleep way too late because nights are your only time that is just for you and nobody is touching you. You look at the clock and you know baby is going to wake up soon, so you get on your phone and wait. You finally get to sleep and you put the monitor on even though your baby is in the room with you. With any sound or movement you shoot up and look at the monitor. You pick the baby up when they make any tiny sound or movement. You finish a night feed and you start doing the sleep math of how much sleep you are going to get if you fall asleep right now, 30 minutes later, you start doing the math again. This is not just called being a mom, this is something that you can work on!
