In addition to cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), I also provide imagery rehearsal therapy (aka nightmare rescripting) to address problems with recurrent, distressing dreams. Because sleep issues often co-occur with other mental health problems, such as mood and anxiety concerns, I am able to integrate CBT-I with therapies targeting these concerns.
