Work is draining the joy from your life. Your confidence is dropping and you’re not sure about this career anymore. Every workday, it’s harder to get out of bed. You’ve considered changing jobs but are scared you’re the problem. The idea of change feels overwhelming because you overthink and don’t know where to start. [EN] Maybe you already understand where your reactions come from — and still find yourself repeating them: anxiety, pulling away when closeness becomes difficult, adapting so much to others that you lose track of what you actually want. I’m a Relational and Somatic Therapist, and my work looks at what is happening today — in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships — not only at the story behind it. I invite you to reach out for a free 20-minute connection call to see if this way of working could be a good fit.

Most people have something in their lives that they would like to change, whether it's to lose weight, quit smoking, get rid of some phobia or habit that is holding them back. Often these things seem too difficult to change. Most people never think about hypnosis as an option, their knowledge limited to stage shows or movies where hypnosis and mind control play a part. Modern hypnosis is a widely recognized practice that has helped millions of people overcome all kind of challenges. I started my practice with a focus on sexuality and that still forms a large part of my what I do, working with people with ED, PE, lack of desire, inability to orgasm, assisting them in enhancing their erotic lives, experiencing more pleasure, removing mental and emotional block that interfere with accessing their full sexual potential. I have expanded into medical hypnosis, removing symptoms of seemingly incurable conditions when doctors have given up on their patients and helping people deal with chronic pain. I've studied "Hypno-Oncology" enabling me to support patients on their Cancer journey, helping with pain, depression, and the various side effects of Cancer treatment. Studies have shown that Hypnosis can strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, among many other things. I have worked with many clients who had been in therapy for decades and were unable to get relief from their issues only to completely overcome them in one or two sessions of hypnosis. Certainly, in our stressful times hypnosis has become the go to treatment for anxiety of all sorts. If there is anything in your life you would like to change contact me and let's discuss how we might work to get the life you want.

Registered Psychotherapist, RP
Finding your way back to a sense of balance, clarity, and inner steadiness is not always easy. Life can feel painful, confusing, or overwhelming at times, especially when you are carrying anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, grief, identity questions, or major life transitions. In therapy, I see our work as collaborative. You are the expert on your own life and story, while I bring clinical training, curiosity, and experience to help us better understand what you are facing. My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in mindfulness. I integrate approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, MBCT, EMDR, CBT-I, and the Unified Protocol when appropriate. I do not see mental health as the absence of painful thoughts or emotions. Difficult experiences are part of being human. What often matters is how we relate to those experiences and whether we can still move toward a life that feels meaningful, connected, and aligned with our values. My hope is to offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood as a whole person, not simply a collection of symptoms or problems. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, emotional steadiness, and meaningful change.
