Our Fort Worth counseling practice is diverse in providing treatment. We offer individual, family, and marriage counseling. Also, our highly trained therapists provide group therapy for divorce, social anxiety, and pornography addiction.  

I have 18 years of experience in counseling. I have worked in private practice, hospitals, clinics and schools. I design your treatment plan specifically for you. I am a Certified EMDR trauma therapist. I also offer therapy from a Christian worldview if desired by you.

In years of practicing counseling and doing my own training and research, I have learned that besides knowing "Why" it is also important to know "How." I find many people knowing where their trauma or problem is coming from, but they are still not able to move forward and resolve the issue. My focus is on understanding the client's challenge and then helping her/him move forward with practical and doable steps.

I have over 30 years of caring with four years of specialty training to treat couples. I LOVE what I do because I see results. The first part of choosing a counselor is finding the right fit. That's why I'm happy to spend some time on the phone answering any questions you might have about getting started or about who I am. Part of my philosophy is that laughter is the best medicine, I want to encourage you and bring you hope. I do have a physical office but I'm happy to offer tele-therapy via a HIPPA compliant format. My fees are based on your income. I'm currently offering lower fees for online sessions as well as pre payment discounts.  

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a wealth of experience in treating relational problems, supporting clients through family issues, and much more. I specialize in couple's counseling and am passionate about restoring relationships. I am level 3 trained in the Gottman Method and I help couples find their way back to one another by teaching them a special form of communication that helps deepen their connection to one another.  

Dennis is a licensed professional counselor currently under supervision. His BHEC approved supervisor is Steve Tryling, LPC-S. Your counseling with Dennis will be a collaborative experience, that is focused on what is bringing you to therapy and where you want this process to help guide you forward.  

First hand, I know the power that negative beliefs can have on one's life. I also know what freedom and healing from those beliefs feels like. Wow, it's amazing! I am weak. I am not enough. In addition, this lead to me specializing in trauma, the use of EMDR, and mindfulness methods as a source of healing.
