As a therapist, supervisor, and professor, I lead with courageous dialogue and radical curiosity. I am deeply committed to evidence-based, depth-oriented work. By integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients move beyond surface-level symptoms to address the relational and neurological roots of their distress.
One of the greatest honors of my life is serving as a "healer for the healers." I believe that therapists and pastors deserve the same sanctuary they provide for others—a place where they can lay down the mantle of leadership and find their own path to restoration.
When I am not in the therapy room or the classroom, I am often finding my own balance: lifting weights, enjoying live music with my wife, or finding a moment of quiet with a book and my Goldendoodle, Comet.
