Jimi Katsis
Registered Psychotherapist, MA psych, Dip SW
I've spent 30 years doing this work because I understand what it's like when the outside doesn't match the inside. I know what it means to carry things nobody sees. I've lived it, not just studied it.
I'm an integrative therapist, which means I adapt to what you actually need rather than fitting you into my preferred method. I'm trained in Psychodynamic & Schema Therapy, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, DBT-PTSD—but I don't force you into one box. We find what works for you, not what's convenient for me.
I'm not interested in teaching you more coping skills or managing symptoms. I want to help you understand why you're wired the way you are, then help you change it. That takes honesty, patience, and someone who won't look away when things get uncomfortable.
I've built businesses, raised a family, navigated my own dark corners. I get the weight of responsibility and what it costs to keep everything running while barely keeping yourself together.
If you need someone direct, grounded, human, and who won't waste your time—let's talk.

Anjali P.
Registered Psychotherapist, MA in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling, Registered Member MBACP- 408062
People are often more complex than the diagnoses, labels, or presenting problems that bring them to therapy. While words like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or low self-esteem may describe part of your experience, they rarely tell the whole story of who you are, what you have been through, or what your struggles mean to you.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some arrive with a clear understanding of what they're struggling with, while others find it harder to put their experience into words. You may be navigating relationship difficulties, a major life transition, questions around identity, overwhelming emotions, or simply a sense that something doesn't feel quite right.
My approach focuses on understanding you as a person rather than as a problem to be solved. Together, we can explore your experiences, emotions, relationships, and patterns with curiosity and compassion, developing a deeper understanding of what may be contributing to your difficulties.
Alongside this exploration, I also believe that insight alone is often not enough. While understanding ourselves can be a powerful starting point, meaningful and lasting change often involves finding new ways of relating to ourselves, navigating emotions, communicating our needs, setting boundaries, and responding differently to the challenges we face. My aim is to support both understanding and change, helping you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and move towards a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

John Castleford
Registered Psychotherapist, MA, MIAEB, FRAI
I have been a psychotherapist and mental health coach for many years, and I now specialise almost exclusively in helping those with, or recovering from, cancer. It's a debilitating disease that I have experienced twice, so I know at first hand the effect it can have on the quality of life and particularly how it makes us feel -- either as a reaction to being diagnosed and undergoing treatment, or when in remission as a survivor, the fear of it recurring.
I can also help family members and close friends, who often feel helpless bystanders.
We have all experienced our feelings dominating what we think, and what we do. But heightened emotions stop us thinking clearly. And that can often lead us to feel out of control.
Unlike many therapists, I do not believe that the adverse effect on our thinking and our behaviour from a life-changing event like cancer is a dysfunctional flaw or a disorder that needs treatment. Typical reactions to cancer --anxiety, fear, stress and low mood -- are part of life. Why cancer often triggers is a range of reactions: shock and denial; Shock and denial that it is happening. Coping with fear, anxiety and panic can be difficult, particularly as mood swings may frequently change. Feelings of sadness may range from low moof to extreme depression.
Ultimately we know, at a rational level, that we are mortal. But we also have we also have a very strong instinct to survive. We want to live. And enjoy life. Cancer is not the death sentence it once was.
I can help you come to terms with the reality as well as the inevitable perceptions that may influence you. And I can help you to flourish, rather than just cope and survive.
