I help adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, distracted, anxious, or hard on themselves build more clarity, self-understanding, and practical tools for daily life. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I draw from ACT, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients better understand their patterns, relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, and move toward what matters most.

Treatment Approach
- Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) Trauma-informed therapy that helps individuals explore deeply held, painful emotional experiences within a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship.
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: My approach is collaborative, practical, and mindfulness-based. I draw primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Together, we work on understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, relating differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, and taking meaningful action connected to your values. I try to keep therapy clear, grounded, and useful, with a focus on what can actually help in daily life.

My therapy practice focuses on helping adults and young adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, stress, procrastination, perfectionism, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
Many of the people I work with feel like they “know what they should do” but still struggle to follow through. They may feel stuck in avoidance, overthinking, people-pleasing, shame, or frustration with themselves. Therapy can help create space to understand these patterns with more compassion and develop practical ways to respond differently.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. This means we may work on noticing difficult thoughts, making room for emotions, building self-awareness, clarifying values, and taking small, realistic steps toward the kind of life you want to live.
I aim to create a therapy space that feels supportive, honest, practical, and human. I do not believe therapy needs to be overly clinical or intimidating. My goal is to help you feel understood while also helping you develop tools that can make a real difference outside of session.
I offer both in-person therapy in Etobicoke and online therapy across Ontario.
