I work with men who want to understand themselves better, handle anxiety and stress more effectively, and stop repeating patterns that keep getting in the way. My style is direct, thoughtful, and practical. We’ll look closely at what’s driving the problem, build useful skills, and focus on changes that translate into your actual life.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.

I specialize in working with men dealing with anxiety, OCD, stress, trauma, overthinking, and feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to change. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and capable, but find that insight alone has not been enough to create the changes they want.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. I help clients better understand the patterns driving their difficulties, relate differently to uncomfortable thoughts and emotions, and develop strategies that are useful in real life. Depending on your needs, our work may include mindfulness, acceptance-based approaches, emotional regulation, behavioral change, and deeper exploration of past experiences and current relationships.
I aim to create a space that is direct but nonjudgmental, where you can speak openly without feeling like you need to perform or have everything figured out. Therapy with me is not about forcing yourself into a particular mold. It is about developing greater flexibility, self-understanding, and the ability to act in ways that are more aligned with the life you want.
