My goal in therapy is to facilitate a collaborative process while providing individualized treatment. I can help guide you through the therapeutic process, identify underlying issues, and build off of your personal strengths to reach your goals. We can work together to change negative thinking patterns and increase motivation for change in order to maximize progress and increase your ability to cope with difficult emotions.
I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from Boston University and completed my master's at University of Southern California. Outside of my private practice, I serve as Clinical Director for a drug and alcohol treatment center and have over 15 years of experience working in the addiction field.
My clinical experience includes treating addiction and co-occurring disorders. I've had experience working in residential treatment facilities, inpatient psychiatric facilities and outpatient mental health settings. I specialize in treating bipolar, depression, anxiety, anger issues, PTSD and addiction utilizing many evidence-based practices.
