Along with providing general psychotherapy, I am certified in grief counselling. I firmly believe that even though grief is one of the hardest things a person will experience, it is not in need of a cure, because you are not sick. Grief needs support and understanding. Healing comes from within, but only when a person is provided with a strong enough sense of safety.
