Gibson & Associates is a collective of therapists who offer specialized services to meet your needs. From trauma therapy, to work with grief and spirituality, to skills based therapies with youth and adults, our team members hold their own practice areas for you benefit. People seek psychotherapy for a number of reasons; most often, in hope of gaining support through a new challenge, life transition, or difficulties from the past. We firmly believe that every person has the innate ability to cope with the challenges in their lives, but sometimes experiences from the past make it difficult to tap into these abilities. Together we can work to bring forward the parts of you that are seeking change and heal what has been getting in the way of the life you would like to lead. Individual therapy is focused on your unique needs and goals. Individual therapy includes learning about your history and life experiences then establishing goals to accomplish in counselling. Our histories are the roots that can provide us with the foundation of strength and resilience. But, our histories also hold the stories that cause pain, insecurity and doubt. It is our belief that the best therapy comes from helping to heal the roots that cause those stuck points. Through this we can create lasting change. As a full-service agency, we offer therapy tailored to address a number of concerns, really anything that might bring you to therapy. We offer virtual/telephone therapy across Ontario and have office locations serving London and Simcoe/Grey Counties.
