Being Mindful / Be Here-Now! / Be Present: These are therapeutic models and tools I have clinically worked with for over 20 years. I am skilled at helping clients and couples stay present, grounded and focused. I can help you with being present; which is where cognitive and emotional self-awareness is accessible. I find that being present, with oneself and others, is the only place from which effective, conscious, lasting choices and changes can be made.
Permissively supporting and deepening your ability to relax, access calm and facilitating your natural, subconscious inclination towards health and well-being plays significantly in my practice.
My approach is non-judgmental, client-centered and grounded in the client's emotional, cognitive and physical present moment reality. Respectful and compassionate therapeutic interventions [that include support, encouragement and gentleness balanced with the appropriate amount of challenge] are what I strive to bring to each session.
