Approach Description: I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to best suit my clients and I believe each individual should be approached with a unique therapeutic experience to honour the individuality of the clients’ background, goals and strengths. I utilize evidence-based modalities including: cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioural therapy, compassion-focused therapy, transpersonal psychology and trauma-informed care. I am a Registered Social Worker, (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, (OCSWSSW). I am also licensed social worker, registered in Alberta and Nova Scotia. In addition, I am a member with the Ontario Association of Social Workers, (OASW), the Canadian Association of Social Workers, (CASW) and the Canadian Society for Spirituality and Social Work, (CSSSW).
