I can listen, help you discover patterns of thought and behavior that are not serving you well and help you find techniques to cope with your thoughts and behavior appropriately to affect change in your life. There are many approaches to therapy, just as there are many individual issues. Expect me to employ therapy modalities tailored to your needs, not to be married to an approach that doesn't resonate with you.

  • Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
  • I obviously do this work expecting to be compensated for my time and expertise. I also understand that mental health needs are not confined to those who can afford to pay. I will adjust fees for a percentage of my clients who can exhibit financial need and a need for help. In a perfect world everyone would have unlimited care at minimal costs. In reality, I try to balance altruism and my own financial needs. Ask for help if you need it. I will do my best to accommodate you on a case by case basis.
